Andrew P. Fiorica was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999. He is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern District and Central District of California.
Drew is a native of San Diego who graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in psychology and magna cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Drew’s litigation practice includes the representation of developers, builders, general contractors, subcontractors and professionals in disputes including construction defect matters, fraud, misrepresentation, under reserving and inadequate budget claims and general litigation matters. He also represents owners of commercial and residential projects as plaintiffs and defendants in various disputes.
His successes include resolution of construction defect litigation on behalf of developers with little or no contribution from the clients and litigation against insurers that improperly denied defense or indemnity to their insureds. Drew recovered $4.2 million on behalf of an owner/converter of a condominium project for defects traceable to original construction. He recently recovered $2.85 million on behalf of an apartment owner for defects in the project’s construction.
